I saw few topics with mods for sa-mp and I decided to get some mods too.
First of all I installed the mod from"New Effects..." everything works perfect, and after I was looking for an weapon mod.
I tried the Millenias weapon pack but it doesnt work.
After SAMI installation nothing happened, I couldnt run mods with... and a friend adviced to try with IMGTOOLS.
I am sure I have done all I had to do but the mods didnt run.
Need some help.

You would be better off using IMG tools as your friend stated,that way you can learn a little scripting at the same time!Its a pretty easy step by step to install weapons,clothes mods etc. with img tool..I'd explain myself but Here's a good website that will show you how to mod your game correctly http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=252145

If you got problems with the mods, and have been searching around for some information.
Then you haven't searched good enough.
Aaron have created a topic (I think, or it was someone else.) and told about how to add mods, and how to restore them is somethings goes wrong.
He told every details you have to know, so creating a topic and asking for this is just waisting your time when it's several topic around here.
I don't got time right now to find it to you, but just have a look, and I'm sure you'll find it. Or simply, just PM Aaron or Dan_ or me.
But you got all the information you need in the other topics.

I used IMGTool, replaced weapon by weapon after I opened gta3.img and still nothing happened.

After you've replaced the .dff and .txd or even .python and .ifp you sometimes have to go to commands and click 'rebuild archive'
This problem has happened to me and that solved it, hopfully it helps you.
