I saw some topics where you can vote some things like: most respected admin, or the music you like. How can i make such a topic?

Ok first

1. Go to your kitchen
2. Grab a sharp pointy  metal thing known as a Knife
3. Slit your ''Throat"

Jeffry, you are currently spamming up the entire forum with useless posts (often bumping topics when you have absolutely no reason to) and unnecessary topics. But I'll help you anyway. First off, you should read the help page before you ask for help. As you can see, your answer is right there.
