Hello, I´m banned and I don´t know

Date of the ban: 15 June 2009, arround 23:45 in Spain
Suspected reason: I dont know
IP adress: 77.209.47.235
I´m sorry but I don´t speak english well. I don´t know why I am banned. Last Sunday my friends and I were conected to Las Venturas Playground and they could be play and I don´t. Sorry one more time for my speak.
I´m very serious in this game and my friends and I never use cheats
