Hey guys,
I noticed that I can kill people who are outside the safezones with sniper whilst im in the safezone.
Yeah sure I can kill but the thing is I don't get jailed. I don't know if its the sniper only...

No idea, but sometimes , ppl like newbies, they shoot u, u report em, or don't. Then when they finally kill you, they don't go to jail

yep, also people with bad lag have had cases wher e they dont get jailed after shipkilling

Yeah, lag sometimes stops the jail. Give it a few, and they're in.
If they don't go in after a minute, I tend to just kick them, because otherwise they keep shooting and they start a riot..
