Ok Funky. I checked into this and it was definitely a bug. There must have been fire on the ground that caused this to happen. I, myself, wasn't aware of this, now I know. Sorry for the trouble. You are now unbanned. And have fun playing again.

i was fighting at the time as i ran into the pick up and the fire. so i was shotting at the time thats why i could not help it
