Please don't lock my post until i have writed back.
NOTICE: i've never been playing under another name. And nobody in this house does play this game.
And i know fore sure that I'VE NOT been playing under another name.
Only other account i have is TEF_ and i play on that account when TEF is online for having fun.
"An exception has been added" i does not know what you mean by that. Its a hard word for me.

It's a rangeban in which you got caught. You did nothing wrong. Your IP changed into a range which is banned. We added an exception for [NiP]Mafo so you can join with that name. You cannot join with any other names, unless you tell us you'll join with it, so we can except that nick.
