admin abuse part 1 - shoebox - 04-25-2009
ok so this is the deal i got banned for car bombing fc, there where 3-5 admins standing there who got pissed after they been blown up. there has always been no fc rules. now suddently there are.
the mod who banned me raymond who earlier today thrown me in the air after he couldt handle it being killed really needs to explain stuff now. i know we spoke on irc but that ended in 3 bans now take ur time and explain me it. plus 4 more people did it and didnt get banned. and raymond is totally ignorning me tryed talking to him 4 times on irc pms on teamspeak he all quited to convo... whats up with that told me to go cry and stuff like that.. lvp going corrupted?

As far as I understood so far, is that you all were told to stop doing.
You're correct on the part where there are no FC-rules. However, when a mod/admin tells you to stop doing something, you're supposed to listen. Be it in FC or at ship, or wherever more you can think of, you should listen.
I haven't spoken to anyone so I cannot comment any further yet.

Admins can politely ask us not to do things, but if it's not against the rules then we're still allowed to do it. The admin (Raymond) can start a bill asking for the new rule to be implemented- but for the mean time he must respect the players right to shoot people/use carbombs wherever, without breaking the rules

That's something completely different. As that is something they simply cannot ask you to do.
However, with something as simple as this, they can. It was ruining the fun of the others.

yeah so we cant have fun in carbombing them? we where with about 4-5 people doing it.
anyway im banned now for almost a day how long is this gonna take

You can, just don't do it all the time and rather not in FC. It's about the part where you were told not to.
Depends on Raymond coming online I guess. As he's American, that'd be somewhere around now that he usually comes online.
