if i start Sa trough Sa mp it runs but wont open .
if i just start SA it runs and open? what must i do to fix this problem

If you open a server with SA:MP it works but it doesn't?
And of course it works when you open SA..(singeplayer, that is).

no look i open sa mp and just work i get the list of server but if i wanne join LVP it wont show the game it does run in the taskmanager

Downgrade your SA to 1.0
You probably have 2.0 now.

try running both sa and samp as admin and disable desktop compability by right clicking on samp > Properties
