Not sure if this has been brought up but if you hang around by the airport entrance you have to constantly pay dollar tax, when really it should only be once.
Someone was basicly protesting outside the airport entrance earlier

Well, The game thinks your going in, it cannot decide weather or not your going in and back out, the theory is, go in you pay and go out you pay, dont hang around, = dont get over taxed,

I don't know if it is possible but maybe make it like this:
After you paid it it will take 10 seconds before you have to pay it again. Say you get the parachute at the entrance after you went in(so you go back for it) you don't have to pay double.
Although it isn't much.. 1500 maximum if I'm right.

It can be alot for new people on the game. I like your idea though
