He warned everyone to stop, and you probably did it again afterwards therefore he banned you. (That seems the most logical thing to me though

If there are a lot of fighters at FC, I can imagine it is annoying people are carbombing all over the place.

Read for once? It said that he warned that it should stop and you went on. So it's not that carbombing itself is not allowed, I do it myself sometimes, it's that you disregarded the message and did it anyway.
Yes, I did read that you said you missed it. So be it, it was only 1 day anyway.
