I often see ban appeals by people who have been banned for spamming. They often state that they weren't spamming. Maybe it would help to officially list "flooding" as an offence. That way, players can be banned for "flooding" when repeating themselves and there is no argument.

Logs say enough. If we say they're flooding, they're flooding. Simple as that.
Although a simple extra line couldn't harm anything.

Yes, that's what I mean. Often people get banned for flooding, but they're told it was for spamming. They then argue that they were not spamming.
Keeping a distinction between spamming and flooding will stop those arguments.
