Something new for our website - Mark - 04-12-2009
Got this idea from other radio website: how about we make a new page on lvpradio.com, it will be named 'Listen once more' and there will be for example, 3 latest talkshows, 3 latest LVP Club Music Top 10's, 3 laters LVP Top 15 shows and all that big shows which come every week on-air.
The maximum number could be 3, and for example if we have Monday, Wednesday, Friday talkshows there, and the recording starts on Monday again, the previous weeks Monday talkshow gets automatiacally deleted, same with Wednesday and Friday. And same thing with other shows, I hope you catch my drift?
How to record; well, there has to be a program with timer and we will set it to record at xxx time until xxx every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and other days when the shows are on. It will record automatically and after the hour has ended you can see record progress on our homepage.
Maybe people who know about more this kind of problem can tell more, this is just an idea from me.

Oh ofcourse, this idea has been had before. However, at the moment I do not think it is technically possible, and will require alot of work. Maybe when we're settled down a bit...

Hmm, I know the basics of html, so I can create a little bit ... So, you want a page with the big shows and a timer untill those shows?

maybe if we put in a DJ upload page, and file browser, so it would be a dynamic, user based (for uploading, that is) system?

Hmm... Well, I must tell you that with my website I am quite limited. I am only using a cheap WYSIWYG Web Builder, so that I can focus on design. This makes it hard for other people to help with the website. However, the website will be taken over by LVP soon. So maybe they might stand a better chance of making some of the suggested features?
