...we make !onair and !offair commands for people with % and above only. Today I saw few people "testing" the command so I just thought these commands can be usable for DJ's and above only. New DJ's will have to register their nicknames to get permanent access to %, but that will just take a second.

I completely agree with this idea.
In fact, I thought it was already in place. (Shows how little I know, yet how much I fail at the same time.)

Yes, I thought this was already done too. I would go on and test it but I don't think I have a DJ rank on the IRC yet.
