Where is it located? Is it near the base? (Hawker's thing).

I've seen a some kind like cure harbour behind the ship, with lay-chairs, trees, fences, smokemachines, a little house and a balcony 
. And I've seen some screenshots of "The Flying Dutchman", but no tower.So plz post a screeny of it
