This is a very strang bug!!! The gravity change in worlds is broken, but just if you are on foot. If you are in a car it is changeable, but not on foot.
The bug is since version 2.90!

I told Fireburn this yesterday, and, if I remember correctly, he said he fixed it already for the next version.
