Hi there. First: Very cool new scripting, love it!
so, u know, u cant use /bank everywhere cause u havent 200hrs.
But - if u have 200hrs, most players have already 400.000.000 (bank limit), and thats why they dont need /bank everywhere, cause they havent props or dont have to buy some.
I think its better, if u can use /bank everywhere with 100 - 125 hrs.

if you have 200 hrs you can /withdraw everywhere also, but there are many atm's which you can find all throughout the city. So it isn't that big of a problem to drive 10 seconds to one.
