Well here it is.
When i go to SA-MP i click on LVP and i join, after ive joined it starts to load then. It freezes. I open task manager and it sais San andraes isnt responding. I've tryed over & over again but still same problem, So i thought it was SA-MP. So i tryed to connect to a differnt server and it works Like magic, So it's only on LVP. Everything else works perfectly, when i go on my old crappyer computer LVP works so it just this computer, can anyone help.

The fact that your computer fails isn't a bug and isn't something the devs can fix.

I got it working again, i reimaged the computer. Easy!
