Dear Mr. President,
Here is my sad story.....with the recent changes in policy, my previous big baller shot caller status has been reduced to something i am ashamed to say in public. im now a regular noob with no ability to withdraw money and purchase necessary items and potions to keep my body rejuvenated and protect me and my loved ones. I fear not for my life, but those who are close to me because i can no longer protect them from the multiple gang bangs and crafty sneak attacks that have plagued my family for many centuries.
even superman needed a phone booth to stunt on those bitches, my dear friends and companions i am in dire need of 100million to purchase a legal platinum account and continue on to grace lvp and its inhabitants with the greatness that is mastakilla...so please be my phone booth and let me be yo superman
p.s - show love i have tried to earn the money but timeouts have made the property system like gambling in a casino, take care my brothers and sisters and remember rosa parks never called shotgun.

If you timeout, you get your properties back.
You, like anyone else, will just have to make the money yourself.
