Hi,
The platinum thing makes no sense whatsoever. You need to pay 420 mill to increase your bank with 20 mill. Which means you have to have 20 mill in cash with you and 400 on your bank? It's almost not possible to keep the 20 mill that you have with you long enough to not tax it.
Please decrease the ammount of money you need to pay.

Or I don't get the meaning of that higher limit, or it's.. vague.
If you want for example 450 mil, it will indeed costs you 450 mil.
If you want to change it after that to 500 mil, it cost's you another 500 mil, aka 950 mil total, spent on upgrading.
I'm not saying that the idea behind it is wrong, but the prices are imho
I'd say, increase a bank with 50 mil wil cost ya 100 mil, which is a much more reasonable price imho.
