New Clan Starting - A_n_D_y - 02-18-2009
Hello,
I Have been told to post this message by somone different, everything i write is a message from an unknown person how is:
I am Looking for scripters, Forum Managers, And skilled Members to Make a Gang with Me.
There will be 3 leaders, But we will rotate leadership per month. Other Leader's can be appointed over time. Rotation's will not be in order, the clan will vote on the leader every month Via Forum.
If you can Script, Manage(create) a forum, and have skilled ingame experience, PM Me. Though i am not the leader, or any such in the gang. I will report you messages to owner. Us, leader will discuss Clan Name, and other obvious Clan Things, Irc will be created. Our only requirement's is obove^^(Scripters(for sever), Forum Manager( to Create,Manage forum will leaders), Skilled all round players and again.... Must not be in a gang, Previous Gangs are alright but we don't want somone asking if they're in a gang. We will have everything constucted, before annouceing gang. If you are in a gang But would like to help that is also allowed

Right. And why doesn't this person post his own posts? And lol on the voting the monthly leader. I can make scripts, and forums, but show yourself ._.. Making a forum can be done in 10 mins, PM me if u need that. (SMF setups)

I pressume with the voting for leader monthly will be to make the clan have an oppinon, personally i like it. i think he knows the forum way but your forum is exellent in What we want. I'll get him to Pm you hes on MSN Now. Ill tell him

Hey Andy,
you don't need to be a leader of a clan to give your opinion about something. I don't know if your former clans were somewhat of a dictatorship but that's not how members in good clans communicate. Instead of appointing a new leader every month, you could use a forum and pull up a vote about the issue at hand so everybody has a say you know? But that's just my opinion.

I beleive that The Voteing for New Clan Leader will be pulled, As it isn't very popular. But Well Just have to see, thank's for your input. Greatly appreciated

He needs to goto school for a bit longer before thinking about making a clan, I could nearly bet that any starting clan post that looked like that didn't last very long, correct me if im wrong, but I doubt I am.

Its asking people if they would like to join your clan, it's actually in the wrong section to be honest but I don't care about that, its not my job to tell you that. The fact is if this "unknown" person wants to do what your post say's he should go about it himself.
To be honest if I was a new player to this community and had seen that post, the spelling and grammar alone would have turned me away from thinking about joining it, my opinion.
