Suspected Reason: some Money cheat i didn't do

After I got jailed for killing cruise (sorry about that earlier) , I was talking with an admin, then after my time was up, the money that was taken from the cruise kill was given back to me just as i respawned.
don't ask me why or how that happend... i assume some bug.
