I have a big problem with my acc i have a mounth befor over 300million all pluspoints and proacc and all my gamhours are canceled now i have nothing from this my question can someone restore my acc

I didn't find more on this name. Sounds pretty weird, an account with 300 hours doesn't go back to 3 just like that..
