[SOLVED]Unknown Ban - omnitude - 02-08-2009

Date of the ban: Not sure, just logged on and tell me I ban evaded
Suspected Reason: I used to play this game alot a while ago until I quit. I am 100% certain I did not get banned during this period. Now my pc has been reformatted and new internets to I have a different ip. Im guessing that is why it said I ban evaded. But I am puzzled as I was not banned in first place
