You was muted three times ingame as a warning to stop the flaming, after which you where kicked. You then decided to reconnect and continue the flaming, so therefore was kicked again. Since once again you reconnected and continued the flaming, you where banned. You where even kicked yesterday by TEF for flaming on another occasion.
You have had by far enough warnings, so therefore will not be unbanned until Thursday.
eminem was muted twice for flaming, after which he stopped whilst you continued.

Try reading the logs estroe posted, he was muted.
