, I can't find any IRC plugins for my bot. I'm wondering if anyone could link me or explain to me step by step how to make an .echo for my channel.Thanks

You use a IRC plugin with your server, not your bot, Jay made some IRC script to work with the plugin, its somewhere in the sa-mp.com forum.

I heard about that, but I can't find it, Jay (or anyone else), can you link me please? (and can I use it on my Winbot? or do I need a PHPbot?)

The one that Jay made uses a plugin made by a guy called "Jacob" and the bots connect to irc itself when the server is started, I can't seem to find Jay's IRC filterscript neither Jacobs plugin either.
What Jay made is just a filterscript with commands to work with the plugin.
