A line that should be added when making new topic in Ban Appeal forum... - Mark - 01-27-2009 Well because some new members don't post with a proper ban appeal which is a rule, I'd suggest there would be a (big) red line when starting a new topic there. Something like this, only in better style: Thoughts?
