When try I to enter http://forum.sa-mp.nl, it takes me up to 30 seconds to load. It used to load faster before, I don't know what's happening now.
Sometimes, it doesn't even load.

It's because Mantis fucks up our Apache configuration.

I use Mozilla and it's slow for me sometimes.
It's not really the forum's fault, it's SMF. You get google bots and other bots printing topics and getting information and statistics (if they come on this forum, at least). And also if Peter makes back-ups (Auto) of the forum incase it gets hacked or something, then the site will be slow while it's creating the back up.
I could be wrong though, could be something really different but that's usually the case with SMF forums (and my SMF forum).

We have a powerful quadcore with 8gigs of memory and sas drives, the server can easily handle hundreds of users. The problem is Mantis.

On Topic: yes I have experienced slowness in the forums. But at least I can access it. A few weeks ago it didn't think the website existed at all!
