The only thing I can say is you need to sort out your graphics. try downloading the latest drivers.

Had the same problem on my other PC for like each game, never find how to solve it though.
Maybe try to reinstall windows if the latest drivers won't work?

This isn't a bug with LVP, more of a client side issue. If the problem persists I suggest you open a topic in the SA:MP Support section.
