I have a question about GTA IV:
Can I tune cars?
I see some cars with a spoiler and all that kind of things but also the same car without that stuff?
Is it possible? of just have luck finding them?

I'm not really sure you can tune them, but I know where you can find a kind of tuned Sultan RS. ( not easy to find )
- The Sultan RS can be found behind a garage in Westdyke, Alderney and can sometimes be spawned around Algonquin.

yes you can. theres a mod shop which does up your cars i have found.

there are some 'modded' versions of cars in LC, but you can only get them by driving the same 'normal' car and waiting for a modded one to appear.
and of course like every GTA game there are some special coloured vehicles
