You could waited to leave and then ask this question . If like 10 ppl say yes to you , then
you will create this clan , and leave your corrent one .
Anyway , you wont get many answers as you think or somthing like that , why ? - Well ,

Well as u said u r not against me and i m saying i m not against u so if u want to make a clan of urs, then go on but listen no one can survive on two boats, well anyway i had given u authority of being a hero member of m clan but as u wish i wont stop u from watever u doin coz i cant force u on anything and by the way gl with ur clan ! if u made one and m answer is i wont leave Soul Slayers even if no one is there on m side to support me but i know this moment will never come so i m not leaving Soul Slayers not now and will not leave too!!
