Extra notes: It all started when Joe rock was standing at the west side of the ship, on the edge. a part where you don't get jailed if you kill someone on it. I shot him and he jailed me. I told him that part doesn't jail you and he said "And I care?". Then I see 2 more people get jailed in a row. Joe_Rock and his tag time best e-friend Raymond were online at the time so of course they always got eachothers back. I said "Joe does that make you feel big? Luring people to shoot you on the ship JUST so you can jail them?" because thats all he was doing.
Eventually my time was up, and Ray pm'd me "Will you please calm down?" I told him to bite me (thats not flaming, just my way of saying I don't need to listen to that stuff, especially when he's barely played LVP). I stated how I hate him and he hates me, and he said "I don't hate you, I just want you to stop being such an ass."
I pm'd to him explaining what happened, and how Joe loves his commands. I even proved it by saying how much he uses commands at the beta server. Then boom, I got banned.
This wasn't flaming, or if anything it was minor. Don't believe me? Post the logs. This ban isn't rightful in my honest opinion, even another moderator agrees with me. I'm not even angry, so don't post that this is teaching me a lesson.

I'm talking to joe_rock on irc now, he didnt take offense to anything i said. he said hes open to criticism, he can take fault. seeing as I offended NOBODY, why am i still banned? look, I just want to play. I appreciate you cutting the ban date in half to tomorrow, but i still have to disagree with that. You haven't explained yourself at all.

Well Joe_Rock told me another story, and I expect him to reply in this topic. I simply banned you because I did not like the crew insults. I honestly felt you could have just handled it differently. That is all.

HaZe, insulting a crew member in game is bad in any way in my opinion. Just because I'm open to constructive criticism doesn't mean that I appreciate it when it's to someone else behind my back, understand? Yes, I know I can go read the logs, but who the hell goes and does that.
I truly do value the opinions of the players, regulars like you especially, HaZe, but flaming crew in game is still flaming crew either way you look at it. You could argue that it wasn't technically flaming, but come on. Saying that "he gets hard off of the commands" is pretty insulting, in my opinion. I do agree with the one day ban that Raymond has given you, and I hope to continue the conversation that I am having with you at the moment.

The ban was a bit harsh, I agree.
Nevertheless, that 1-day ban will stay on because of your disrespect towards a crewmember. I don't like that, even if the "victim" was not really offended by it.
Apart from that...you've been playing on LVP long enough to know that the ENTIRE ship is a peace-area. This also includes area's where the automatic jail doesn't work.

Which exact part was it? As Dennis said, the entire ship is a safezone. Due to problems with the boundaries, you don't get auto-jailed. As it can't measure the height, I believe. Making the entire water jailing you too.
Anyway, I didn't see any logs or so, so not saying anything about the ban.
@Joe: I do read logs usually.
