u can do it yourself
www.sa-mp.nl, IRC Chat, choose a name and then ur on LVP channel
copy that: /msg Nuwani !changenick Current_Nickname Current_Password New_Nickname
will look like that for u: /msg Nuwani !changenick [TMD]terminator urpassword [TMDgh]armaan
then ur done
