Just logged in today, and the message as stated in 'Suspected Reason' comes up. I don't even realise what Ban Evading code is? I did nothing wrong. Is this some sort of bug? The only unusual thing was I accidentally opened SA:MP twice, and the message showing it can't be opened twice appeared. Please do help me.

Try again now as you should be unbanned, but I suggest you notice the crew if you change your nickname.

It seems you're on a range with some cheaters on it, having it ban every person that joins. Your name is on a 'white-list' now, you won't be banned with this nickname. However, if you want to change, notify a crewmember
