Does anyone know if the minigame Team DeathMatch (TDM) still exsists?
And what the command used to be?

On LVP? I don't think so. There is however script for TDM, comes with the server package and few servers based on this gamemode.

Noo, I am almost certain, there used to be a TDM minigame on the cargoship near San Fierro, but i can't remember the command for it.

It exists but the current version was bugged so therefor removed.
