Still crashing... - Yoko_the_Clown - 12-28-2008

I bought Gta san andreas with a real cd and fully reinstalled, but it still keeps crashing.
First it crashed few seconds after I used /tp on somebody
and second time while I was just normally flying with a helicopter
Sa-mp didn't give any error report about both of the crashes

I downgraded my gta san andreas to 1.0 with this patch:

should be the right one?

but I noticed that when Im the in multiplay,
there is a 'start new game' in the menu
it shouldn't be there should it?
Need help  :?

Is that the menu with :

start new game
options
and all that stuff?

No...I was just wondering if that 'start a name game" belongs there

Single Player can load for 2 reasons - you have installed SA:MP to the wrong folder, [b]or you have the wrong version of San Andreas and if you have the wrong version (you see v2.00 at the bottom-right of the screen when the single player loads) it's easy to fix. download this down grader that makes it the right version. click here to download the downpager.
My Sa:mp is at the right location:  "E:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas\samp.exe"
I'v downloaded the same patch that wikipedia suggests and it still crashes
I was wondering if the problem is that it loads a part of the single player in the multiplay?

I play on sa-mp everyday almost an it works as should and i always got the menu of start options etc. when i press esc.When I've seen most sites say if you got those options it's not multiplayer witch makes me wonder because mine works.

Problem solved...
I installed the daemon tools version of GTA and used the real cd to launch and so now it hasn't crashed once  :)
