i saw cozmos health cheating at 10:55
First he had 100 HP
I shot him with a sawn-off and he had 1 hp
Then he had directly 100 hp + Armor !

If there are no admins you'll just have to put up with it.
Crewmembers cant take anyone's word- if you record it with high-quality video and can get a nice admin to download the hundreds of MBs and see that they healthhacked without any reasonable doubt, then there's a chance they'll be banned then.
Otherwise just wait for a crewmember to get ingame.

Another option is to come to IRC (#LVP) and tell your report, 'cause most of the staff is there always.
