Hmm. If you want to create a gang, you have to look at several things.
* Professionality. Look professional. Good lay-out, a website, a forum.
* Make a nice banner. If you can't, request one.
* Invite people who follow your rules, and set up some nice rules.
* Use proper English, and capitals. So nOt LIke ThiS. But Like This.
* Don't invite co-leaders at the moment you have created your gang. Let them show loyalty.

Er, I don't think that's proper English grammar. Using capital letters for nouns, now that's the way to go.

I was just talking about using capitals more In This Way than In THIs wAY you know. Just start the sentence with a capital and end it with a period (.). Try to use the proper grammar as well, but I'm not going to show you how. Get a grammar book and study it, that should help.
