Ok when i walk into Casino any casino it says u have no permit ur going to get shot or somthing like that and i dont even gamble i just walk in i have to buy a permit for it not to ay that even though i still dont gamble so this needs to be fixed and it just happened today so yea thanks

You can't go into the casino unless you buy a gamble permit with the command /permit buy. This is done to prevent gambling, as I don't believe there's a way to block just gambling at the tables (I could be wrong, though, as I'm not a developer). This will not be changed because you can earn way more with gambling than pretty much anything else, so the command is just there to make you pay a little to earn a lot. This is no bug, so I think it can be locked.
