Someone reported that he was seeing you flying through LV in a car.
So I checked it out, and saw indeed that you were flying in a car.
It is stricktly forbidden to use these kind of hacks on the server, so you're banned.

Hmm, I'm checking the logs of this morning, and see this:

Which means your story could be right.
It still doesn't explain the report, but it I give you the benefit of the doubt: you're unbanned now.
