Read for Easy way to Exit SA-MP client in Vista - Dmarcisz - 11-25-2008

Hi, if you are using vista like me , then when u press X on the sa-mp client window it will come up with all them error boxes :'(

This method saves having to open up task manager and kill the process, as you can do it in one click with a simple batch file.

Step one: Open notepad and paste:

Quote:TASKKILL /F /IM samp.exe

Step 2:
Save the file with any name you want to yourdesktop. BUT make sure you put .bat afterwards, with no space before the .bat Like this:

Quote:SA-MP Exit.bat

Step 3:
Simply click the file when you want to exit the client

Also you could do this for other applications, just replace "samp.exe" for whatever precess you want to kill fast.

you can set sa-mp.exe's compatibility mode to Windows 98 /Windows ME too

Good tip, but I prefer CTRL + ALT + DEL if something happens.

or u can just leave enter pressed boxxes will go away
