Freeze in ammunation when buying spawn weapons. - Cluber - 11-23-2008
I went into ammunation to buy some spawn materials. I went into ammunation and used the /withdraw function to get some money from my bank. I then went onto the skull icon, and bought the spawn armour, this seemed to work. I then tried to buy some spawn grenades but as soon as a pressed shift on the 'grenades' it menu disappeared and I was frozen. I had to /kill myself.
I think there were other players on the server that were experiencing the same difficulties as me.
The freeze happened on more than one occasion both today and yesterday. After reconnecting I got the same freeze.

Can you reproduce the bug? Or it just happens randomly?

I think this is a SA:MP bug, however just do /buyweapon if it happens.

its rare today i enter ammunationi got in the skull(i wanted to see if it works because i almost never can see it) when i touch it i got freezed and the menu never appeared i had to ask nakebod to fix me

Okay the /buyweapon doesn't solve the issue, as that brings up your menu for select your weapons.
I just also found out that it doesn't matter if you have/buy armour or not. When the game loaded, I did /taxi to ammunation. I then withdrew some money with /withdraw 400000. I went inside and did /buyweapon. The menu appeared and I selected grenades. The menu disapeared without giving me the prices menu and froze. I had to do a /kill.
I then drove to the ammunation and did the same thing again it didn't work. The 3rd time of asking it worked, and I got my spawn weapons. It appears to happen randomly, although it normally works after the second attempt.

Strange... It indeed could be an issue with SA:MP, since nothing in that area has been changed for a while and the bug only appears to have occured on SA:MP 0.2x.

only started to happen after upgrading to 0.2x and its very common while buying the spwan armour..
