You've been banned multiple times before, for weapon cheats and moneycheats. If you join while you're banned, you'll be banned again for evading. Anyway, cheating means a lifetime ban, so have fun somewhere else.

As Wesley said, You have been banned a number of times over the last week for money and weapon cheats. As im sure your aware cheating on LVP isn't allowed. You agreed to this rule and many others when you registered for LVP and decided break them by cheating.
Cheating is a life time ban on LVP.
