i havent seen the bug report in here, so i will do it:

its a bug when you are racing, you are middle in the race in your car,
and at once you get kicked out of event for leaving vehicle,
while you were still inside of it,
because of this i already lose some events which i would have won with the lead i had

never experienced this bug myself.. but a cheater might've frozen the vehicle and car jacked it.

It happened to me before.
The reason for why you got jacked is because of this;
(well I believe it is because of this)
When you sign up for a race and were in a car when you signed up your car wil be for all other players on the position where you signed up.
On the moment you are racing you are actually still in that car, but, other playes can't see you, so they take the car, and in your screen it shows up that your car was jacked.

Think this will be fixed in 2.90?

Thanks for reporting. There appears to be quite a few issues with races ever since aspects of the handler where changed to resolve some issues with race vehicles not destroying. We will have it fixed for 2.90 and possibly 2.85 soon. Once again, thanks for reporting. :)

so if i sign up for a race while im in a car it can happen?
so if someone takes the car i was in while signing up,
then i get kicked out of the race?

but in race you dont see anything about you falling out after jacking,
u just drive, sit in car and boom there u go kicked from race

Not at all :) It won't have an effect if you get jacked before the race or not.

Yep, thats the bug, the vehicle just... destroys. We will have it fixed soon :)

Them bugs have always been somewhere in the map. I hate them.  :r

I'd love to see them "go away" in 2.9.  8)

The first bug happens when you're in a vehicle in world 0 while the race is going on.
After you sign up (/race number) then get out of the vehicle (car, bike etc), otherwise if you get jacked during the race you'll suddenly lose the race in the same way that you said.

As for the second one, I don't know about that, happened to me for the first time yesterday.
