well my english aint very good and I dont understand what you mean with local server? but I am admin in RL-RPG... you may ask.... if you see me I am called [RL]Skyknight and I can proove it

You cheated. Just as I've denied you on LW's, you're not allowed on LVP either. Cheating is cheating, and for whatever reason, you've chosen to use those programs. Denied.
