The changes stated in this report where for 2.84 which is currently live now, a time when tomozj wasn't in the dev team, or had only just joined. tomozj has done a lot of work in terms of LVP 2.90 development, so don't credit just me for the 2.90 stuff in the preview, credit him. Note that it was him who thought of and wrote the bar system aswell.
However, do note this. The bar system is Nothing compared to the features already been done and planned for 2.90.
2.90 will be amazing, so look forward to it.
