HI THIS IS LIAM I PLAY ON MY M8TS SERVER SOME TIMES BUT LATELY THERS BEEN SOMEHTINK HAPPENING TO HIS SERVER LIKE CONTINUE SPAMMING AND THINGS LIKE I FUKC ALL ADMINS AND THIS SERVER IS CRAP AND GOING IN AS DIFFERENT NAME EACH TIME EVERY SECOND WE CARNT BAN HIM OR NOUT HE UESIS THE NAMES
Carl,Rocky,Pepe,Arnoldo,SgtPepper,Pepsi,Pepno,Azucar,Vino_Toro,Zoquete,Manfrey,[ViP]Labrik,Sony,[MT]Lavis
AND THE BOT HE USES 190.172.238.56 255.255.255.255 I THINK
AND ITS MAKING PEOPLE LEAVE COZ OF IT SO PLZ PLZ PLZ CAN SOME 1 DO SUMTHINK ABOUT IT COZ THERES NO NEED FOR IT !!!!

They rather leave because of your broken CAPS LOCK key. ( No really, lower the caps, it is a pain in the ass to read such a text, tbh )
Maybe restart the whole server? - Else I have no clue, if you won't find a solution here, go ask at sa-mp.com's support forum.

Ah them, they're bots, and they could raise ping on the server, if i was you i would either rangeban, but i think other people who has the program for bots, they'll be able to come on the server so make like a command to detect them names and another one to detect that ip.

[ViP]Labrik,Sony - They are two spam bots that connect/disconnect with spam messages.
Carl/Rocky/etc are other bots, I suggest you make a script that detects multiple connections from the same IP within a small timelimit and ban them.

on the connect, get the player's name, if it's one of the bots name, kick/ban them

DOES HE HOST IT OR IS IT HOSTED FROM PROFFESIONAL COMPANY>?
