Hi, I was playing and I'm not sure why I got banned... I think it was because someone else in there was talking shit to the admins and I was defending him but not insulting or swearing at anyone. If the admin told me to shut it I would have. Thanks, my ip is 75.40.88.86. Just trying to have a little fun and not cause trouble.

You cheated on LVP and ban evaded many times. Cheating = a life time ban

On your range, I've found a guy called PacMan (who used a weaponcheat) , also, on your IP -which can only be you- are also names with Man. ( for example : ___Pubileman, Rothman, ___Lolitaman, ___Paedoman, Paedomann and a few more )
How it is now, I don't see any reasons for unbanning you.

Obviously the names on my ip are mine but PacMan is not... I can see how you made the connection with the "man" at the end but it's an honest mistake because I have a static ip and since you range banned PacMan he doesn't. So the range ban included me for some reason?

Well I tried playing again today and I'm still banned... I don't understand what the problem is, I'm just asking to have my static ip unbanned not PacMan's range.

To be honest, I don't see any reason to keep him banned. I can't find any match on IP, only on IP-range, so I'd really like to see an explanation for this.
