well never heard of ACI or JEG, but RTS is definitely one of the best 2 shot clans around.

to be honest i havent visited "unofficial samp forum" more than 3-5 times. They just completely suck. I used to be very active on the old "official" samp forum, especially in the gangs sections, but this unofficial crap leaves me completely cold
