8-Ball - Explosives espert, lives in Liberty City but has bomb shops in Vice City and San Andreas too.
B Dup - Once a proud member of the Grove Street Families, became a big drug dealer when CJ left Los Santos
Baker, Mitch - A Vietnam veteran who leads a biker gang in Vice City
Bellic, Niko - Foremer soldier who moves to Liberty City
Bellic, Roman - Owns a Taxi Company in Liberty City
Big Bear - A member of the GSF, got addicted to drugs when CJ left Los Santos, does whatever B Dup wants for just a few sniffs day, later loses his addiction and rejoins the Grove Street Families
Big Smoke - A Grove Street Families member who became a drug dealer, and later betrayed the GSF and joined the Ballas
Burner, Ned - Reporter of The Liberty Tree news paper
Carrington, Avery - Real estate developer in Vice City, later gets killed by Toni Cipriani, who delivers the body to Donald Love for one of his "Morgue Party's"
Casa, Giovanni - Owned and operated a deli near Chinatown on Portland Island
Cassidy, Mary-Jo - Phil Cassidy's sister
Cassidy, Phil - War Veteran who states that he lost one of his arms in the battlefield, his arm got blown off by exploding boomshine though
Cassidy-Williams, Louise - Phil Cassidy's other sister
Catalina - Cesar's cousin, moved to Liberty City with Claude, she turns on claude and shoots him in during a bank robbery, and claude ends up killing her
Chong, Lee - Triad member who uses his noodle stand to sell SPANK
Chonks, Marty - Owns the Bithin' Dog Food factory, turns his wife and other people into dog food, but gets killed by his wife's lover
Cilli, Vincenzo - Small time member of the Leoni Family, becomes one of Salvatore's top men when Toni leaves Liberty City after killing a made man
Mrs. Cipriani - Toni Cipriani's mother
Cipriani, Toni - One of Salvatore's top men,after killing a made man had to flee LC and worked his way back to the top in '98
Claude - Originally lived in San Fierro and owned a garage in Doherty, moves to LC with Catalina. CJ calls him a mute, good chanse he is as he never said a word
Cortez, Juan Garcia - Ricardo Diaz' friend, sets up a deal for Ken Rosenburn which gets ambushed
Cortez, Mercedes - Colonel Cortez' daughter, works at the Pole Position strip club
D-Ice - Leader of the Red Jacks in Liberty City
Diaz, Ricardo - Vice City's Drug Baron, after Tommy finds out he ambushed the deal he ends up Killing diaz and taking over his mansion
Dwaine - Partial owner of the Boatyard in Vice City, later runs a hotdog van in San Fierro, The Truth later asks him to work in CJ's garage
El Burro - Leader of the Diablo's. afaik you'll never see him but only hear him on the phone
Forbes, Bryan - Undercover FBI cop in Vice City
Forelli, Franco - Became the leader of the Forelli family after Sonny got killed
Forelli, Mike - High Ranking member in 2001, gets killed my a car bomb, it's unknown if he was the Forelli leader at that time
Forelli, Sonny - Leader of the Forelli's in the early 80's sends Tommy to Vice City for a deal. Later gets killed by Tommy after he comes to Vice City
Goterelli, Luigi - Owner of Sex Club 7 in Portland island
Hamfists, Mickey - The bouncer at Luigi's Sex Club 7
Hernandez, Officer Jimmy - One of the three crooked cops, said to be the one killing officer Pendelbury, does most of the dirty work
Hopper, Jane - Union Boss in '98, initias a strike by the Ferry workers
Jethro - Just like Dwaine, Jethro was a partial owner of the Boatyard, moved to San Fierro too but worked at a Xoomer gas station
Jizzy B. - Owner of the Pleasure Domes
Johnson, Beverly - The Mother of CJ, Brian, Sweet and Kendl
Johnson, Brian - Died in '87 because some mistake CJ made
Johnson, Carl - Left Los Santos when Brian died and came back when his mom was killed, one of the leaders of the Grove street families
Johnson, Kendl - Dates Cesar, runs CJ's garage in San Fierro
Johnson, Sean - Sweet, the other leader of the GSF
Jones, Cam - Helps Tommy in a bank heist, the player can let Cam die in that raid if (s)he wants, not seen in other games so it doesn't really matter
Kasen, Asuka - the Yakuza leader in 2001, eventually gets killed by Catalina
Kasen, Kazuki - Leader of the Yakuza in '98, his wife hires Toni to kill him
Kasen, Kenji - Co-leader of the Yakuza in 2001 and runs a casino in staunton island
Kasen, Toshiko - Kazuki's wife, after she sends Toni out to kill her husband, she feels sorry and jumps commits suicide
King Courtney - Leader of the Yardies gang
King, Hilary - One of Vice City's best drivers, used in Tommy's bank heist, gets killed while trying to protect Tommy, Cam and Phil. Has very little self-confidence
Latore, Maria - once Salvatore's wife, then Claude's girlfriend, in the end of GTA 3 you see Claude and Maria together, as the screen fades black you'll hear the sound of a shotgun blast, it's unknown if Maria was killed by Claude or not
Leone, Joey - Salvatore's only known son, owns a garage in Portland, it's unknown if he or Toni took over Salvatore's position when Salvatore died
Leone, Salvatore - Head of the Leone family, owned a third of Caligula's Casino in Las Venturas, which was later robbed by CJ
Li, Ran Fa - Leader of The Red Gecko Tong Triads, treatened as a honoured guest for Woozie
Love, Donald - Satrted his Carreer in the 80's learning about real estate from Avery Carrington, builds his own empire in LC
Love Fist - Scottish hardrock band in the 80's, managed by Kent Paul at the time
Maccer - Lead singer of the group known as the Gurning Chimps.
Machowski, Ray - Started out as a good cop on the streets of Liberty City in 1998, sends claude to kill his partner and sends him to help Donald Love and Phil too, leaves LC in a hurry after he finds out the cops are on him
Madd Dogg - Was a top rapper in Los Santos in the early 1990's, got addicted to drugs and loses his house, ends up trying to kill himself but he was saved by CJ
Martinez, Jerry - Soldier in Vice City and has ties with several criminal organisations. Commanding Officer of Victor Vance
McAffrey, Leon - Corrupt cop who gets killed by Claude, was Ray's partner
Mendez, Armando - Ran the Mendez Brothers drug cartel in Vice City in 1984.
Mendez, Diego - Also ran the Mendez Brothers drug cartel, together with his brother
Mendez, T-Bone - Leader of the San Fierro Rifa
Miguel - Leader of the Columbain Cartel in 2001, gets killed by Catalina
Misty - Prostitute who works for Luigi at the Sex Club 7.
Mu, Wu Zi - Leader of the Mountain Cloud Boys in San Fierro, altough he's blind he still manages to race cars, play golf and videogames
O'Toole, JD - Was the manager of Paulie's Revue Bar in 1998
OG Loc - Wannabe Gangsta, gets CJ to steal Madd dog's rhyme book and kill his manager
Paul, Kent - Manager of Love Fist
Pendelbury, Officer Ralph - Gets killed by officer Hernandez, CJ is blamed for the kill however
Perkins, Millie - CJ dates her to get her Keycard, She likes BDSM
Poulet, Auntie - Leader of the Haitan gang in Vice City
Pulaski, Officer Eddie - Another crooked cop, does whatever Tenpenny wants him to do
Robina, Umberto - Leader of the Cubans
Robinson, Denise - Was saved from a burning house by CJ
Rosenburg, Ken - Tommy's lawyer, moved to Las Venturas and helps CJ there
Ryder - Helps out the GSF, then joins the ballas, you get to kill him in San Fierro
Scott, Steve - Porn Film director for interglobal films in Vice City, seems to like mashed potatoes and giant sharks
Shrub, Alex - Begins a campaign agains porn industry, but Tommy makes some pics of him and Candy which makes him stop his campaign
Sindacco, Johnny - CJ took him on a joy ride attached to the front of a car, he was traumatised by that
Sindacco, Paulie - Took over the family after Johnny died around '92
The Snakehead - Leader of the Da Nang Boys
Suxxx, Candy - Top porn actor in Vice City. Voice Acted by Jenna Jameson
Tenpenny, Officer Frank - Led the Ballas and got Ryder and Smoke to join them, died when he drove down a bridge
Toreno, Mike - Posing as a drug dealer, gets involved in the Loco Syndicate, CJ destroys the helicopter he was in, but he pops up later in the game, where you'll find out he's a government agent
Torini, Massimo - Kidnaps the Mayor of Liberty City, get's killed by Toni later. "Every dog has it's day"
The Truth - Some weird elderly hippie who owns a weed farm in the badlands, later sends out CJ to steal a jetpack and some "green goo"
Vance, Lance - Betrays Tommy and ends up being killed by Tommy, lived in a trailer park as a boy, his brother got killed during the deal
Vance, Victor - Lance's Brother, some say he got killed during the big deal, it's possible that their other brother; Pete was killed though
Vercetti, Tommy - Sent to prison in 1971 for multiple counts of murder, got the nickname "The Harwood Butcher". Takes over Vice City, he seems to forget about the people who helped him to the top though, as his secretary hangs up on Ken Rosenburg as he calls him for help
Vialpando, Cesar - Leader of the Varrios Los Aztecas, Dates Kendl
Wassulmaier, Reni - Had 5 known sex changes to transform he/she into a lady, made commercial video's in Vice City
Williams, Marty Jay - Abuses his wife, Louise Cassidy, Victor eventually kills him
Zero - Owned an electronics store in San Fierro, which later gets bought by CJ

You forgot Phil Cassidy the guy who loses his arm in Vice City and sells pr0 gunz. He appears in VCS, VC, LCS, III.

I just noticed...why is CJ's dead brother and mum in the poll? They're dead throughout the game...or will they appear in SA Stories or something?
