if someone shots u, u use /dive, then /taxi to ship u spawn deeed in da ship and who shot u gets jailed.
plz fix this, some ppl abuse it

The reason you die is because you have the parachute on, quit your parachute while in the air(use e) and then taxi
But maybe there can be some thing that checks if the last person hitting you, hit you within, say, 20 seconds or so.

may b using /taxi to ship (/taxi 0) should be blocked 3 mins after using /dive

and when worlds b repaired, ppl could change gravity, and then have more time to fall.

This is a SA:MP Bug. It might be possible to check if a player has a parachute open. We'll see what we can do
And for your question about the worlds, they are already fixed for future Las Venturas Playground versions.

and its not a samp bug at all, cuz the problem aint dying after spawning with parachute open, the problem is that lvp lets u to die in ship in that way

It is a form of bug abusing, however a straight ban shouldn't be issued, however the standard procedure of warns and kicks first.

It is a SA:MP Bug, because it is SA:MP that is detecting the player as being killed from another player.
